New plaza outside Kings Cross station with precisely no official cycle parking - so different to continental Europe!

The new entrance on the west side of Kings Cross station - in the Netherlands this area would be full of cycle parking, but in Britain it'll doubtless remain a barren plaza.

The last Boris bike being borrowed at 9.10am.

c9am, and no Boris bikes left opposite Kings Cross station (apart from the broken one, as indicated by the saddle turned around).

In the Netherlands, Switzerland or Germany (see my photos) the plaza in front of a major station is covered with cycle parking. In the UK we may get a little bit, but only as an afterthought.
