The south-west corner of Gordon Square is a pattern example of why having both directions of bicycle traffic at the same side of the street is DANGEROUS. If a bike is coming from the north and needs to swing right towards Gower Street etc., he/she has to make a completely illogical move. Drivers wishing to turn northwards at this junction have to watch three separate streams of traffic, and it is not clear to me WHO HAS PRIORITY. I don't believe I'm the only one who has this problem. Traffic junctions should always be made so that it is completely obvious who has priority, and this junction fails miserably. Bicycle lanes should be on BOTH side of the road so that bicycle movements are clear and obvious to drivers. This junction is a serious accident waiting to happen.
